If you need to bring a companion, assistant or guider with you to the Festival to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge. Please make this clear to the Box Office when you book your tickets - they will be happy to help! Please call the Box Office on 0800 640 5001.
All Kitchen sessions are free of charge. If you require a wheelchair space or have any special requirements please speak to one of our Kitchen hostesses on the day. They will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors and hard of hearing. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first served basis. Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Fayre. If you call the Box Office on 0800 640 5001, this can be arranged for you. Unfortunately you are unable to do this online.

There are nine disabled parking bays available on site. Parking on site is free for Blue Badge holders.

Hampton Court Palace is a historic building and has uneven surfaces and difficult staircases. We recommend that wheelchair users bring their own wheelchair for comfort and ease.
A number of wheelchairs are available (free of charge) for use around the palace. Single-person mobility scooters are available to borrow for use in the gardens. Please ask a member of staff at the entrance for details.
Hampton Court Palace also have a powered ‘We-Go’ wheelchair. This is operated by volunteer guides who take users on a dedicated tour of the palace. These tours must be pre-booked at least two weeks in advance and cost £5 for each 2 hours of hire. Download and send us this form to secure your place: firstname.lastname@example.org
