Travelling to the Festival is an important part of your day out, so plan in advance to make sure it’s hassle free.
The Festival takes place in the grounds of Hampton Court Palace on Friday 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December.

Sunday opening times: 10am - 4.30pm

A Park and Ride service will be running from Apps Court Farm:

AA signage will be in operation directing to the the park and ride.

The Park and Ride closes at 7pm on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th but closes at 6pm on Sunday 6th December.

The palace is located on the A308 and is well signposted from all the major local roads; drivers should follow the brown tourist attraction road signs.
From the M25 take either exit 10 on to the A307 or exit 12 on to the A308. The palace is also accessible via the A3 and then the A309.

Park and ride:
There is limited parking available at the Hampton Court Palace Car Park.
A Park and Ride service will be running frequently from Apps Court, where there is guaranteed all day parking for just £5 per car when booked in advance. We strongly advise pre-booking a space. Click here to book. Please note on the day park and ride will be CASH ONLY.
Minibuses will be running frequently and drop off and pick up will be at the Palace car park.
South Western Railway trains run from London Waterloo, passing through Clapham Junction, Wimbledon and Surbiton, to get to Hampton Court Palace. The palace is just a five minute walk from the station across the bridge. Click here for more information.
Alternatively, you can also get a train to Kingston and then a bus (111, 216 or 411) from there to Hampton Court Gardens. Or a train to Richmond and the R68 bus to Hampton Court.
For information on planned engineering works please visit the Southwestern Railway website. Hampton Court is in Zone 6 and you can use Oyster Pay as You Go on trains to Hampton Court.
Drop-off and collection points for coaches and minibus:
Hampton Court Green (500 metres from entrance).
Hampton Court Station Coach Park (200 metres from entrance).
From Heathrow Airport - take the 111 bus.
From Gatwick Airport - take a train from the airport station to Clapham Junction and change to the Hampton Court train.
From City Airport - take the Docklands Light Railway to Canning Town and then the Jubilee Line to Waterloo. Catch the Hampton Court train from there.
