The £2.50 fulfilment fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Fulfilment fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.
The fulfilment fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.
Children aged 0-5 are free every day but should sit on an adult’s lap in The Kitchen theatre, if a seat is required then please purchase in advance or from the Customer Services Desk on the day. Children aged 6-16 are charged at the child rate (£9.60). Please click here for all ticket prices.
Under 18s are admitted to the Festival, accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Festival.
Seats in The Kitchen are not included with entry tickets. See celebrity chefs cooking live on stage for just £4 with some session available for free. Theatre tickets will cost more on the day so book yours before 23 August to secure your theatre seat for the online advance price.
Reserved seating is available for disabled visitors or visitors with special requirements. Visitors should book these theatre seats by calling the Box Office to ensure the best possible seating arrangements. Please call the Box Office and explain you require disabled or special assistance seating and they will be able to ensure this is arranged. The Ticket Factory can be contacted on 0800 640 5001 - lines are open from 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday & 9am to 5pm weekends & Bank Holidays.
Prior to the Festival you are only able to book one seat in The Kitchen, however when arriving at the Festival please ask at the Customer Service Desk about last minute availability.
Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Festival. If you call the Box Office on 0800 640 5001, this can be arranged for you. Unfortunately you are unable to do this online.
If you selected a print at home ticket you should receive these by email straight away. If you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Festival. If you book within 1 week of the Festival, you must select Print at Home tickets.

Available for groups of 15 or more. Please book direct with the palace or call 0844 482 7770 (from UK).
School groups are not permitted at the Festival, on any day. Please note, if group tickets are purchased for a school they will be turned away on arrival at the Festival.
Yes. Tickets are available on the door, but do cost more than advance tickets. To avoid disappointment and to get the best choice of seats in The Kitchen, book in advance before 23 August – and it’s cheaper! Kitchen seats are subject to availability on the day.
There are no cash machines on site. The nearest one is located outside the palace at the Petrol Station on Hampton Court Way. Some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!
Advance parking has now SOLD OUT but there will be availability on the day.
Advance parking is on Hampton Court Palace Green and will be on grass so visitors will need appropriate footwear. Should there be adverse weather conditions and the area becomes waterlogged, parking in the Green will be unavailable and full refunds will be given.
On the day parking:
Limited parking is available on the day at the palace at a current cost of £1.60 per hour (pay on exit) and at £1.50 per hour on Hampton Court Green. Parking is also available at Hampton Court train station, 200 metres from the palace (please check at the station for prices).
The palace car park has nine disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders. They are available on a first come first served basis and are in the lower car park, near the entrance to the Welcome Centre. Parking is currently free for blue badge holders parked in the disabled bays.
Hampton Court Palace is a historic building and has uneven surfaces and difficult staircases. We recommend that wheelchair users bring their own wheelchair for comfort and ease.
A number of wheelchairs are available (free of charge) for use around the palace. Single-person mobility scooters are available to borrow for use in the gardens. Please ask a member of staff at the entrance for details.
Hampton Court Palace also have a powered ‘We-Go’ wheelchair. This is operated by volunteer guides who take users on a dedicated tour of the palace. These tours must be pre-booked at least two weeks in advance and cost £5 for each 2 hours of hire. For more information, click here.

Showguides are available on the day and are free of charge. There will be a digital copy available on our website closer to the event.
There are some luggage lockers located in Clock Court. They can hold hand baggage and a small rucksack or overnight bag as they are 45cms wide x 45cms deep. One set are 55cms high and the other set are 40cms high. A £1 coin is required to use them, which will be returned after use. Large bags or suitcases may be left at your own risk in the Warders Office by the West Gate. Please speak to the warders when you present your ticket if you would like to use this facility. This facility may be withdrawn without notice.
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Festival, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs. Please let us know in advance by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.
We highly advise you purchase your books onsite at the event to ensure they get signed.
Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Festival, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead!
