Want to divulge the mystery behind making sourdough? Come along to a beginners guide to sourdough with the BBC Good Food Cookery Team and learn how easy it is to bake fresh bread at home. Leave the session with your very own sourdough starter and a ball of no knead sourdough pizza dough to cook off for dinner.
The kids can get involved too in hands-on cookery classes - have a go at creating healthy fruit mini pizzas and delicious peppermint creams!
Explaining the role of spices in creating great Indian food and will bring to life the art of blending and balancing spices. Anjula has created a unique masala dabba (dabba meaning 'box' in Punjabi and Hindi). With Anjulas insights and knowledge of how to get the very best from your masala dabba you will be well on the way to creating great Indian cuisine.
