Luciana was brought up in a Brazilian family, which has its roots in cooking and entertaining. From a young age, she helped out in the family-run restaurant back home, be it in the kitchen or front of house.
In 2004, she came to London and a few years later she set up her own catering company which provides a tailored service with great Brazilian flavors for her growing list of clients.
She is a graduate from the world-renowned culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. This classic training has allowed her to further enhance and perfect her skills in the kitchen, taking her Brazilian cuisine to a different level.
She was one of the semifinalist at Masterchef The Professionals 2014 in UK and showed some exotic ingredients and dishes to the world.
She cooked for the Prime Minister at the famous 10 Downing street, Prince Eduard, Australian Official rugby team, all clients who wanted to taste her Brazilian cuisine
She promotes Brazil in Travel shows in London helping Embratur to promote Brazil.
Luciana’s style of cooking is inspired by her passion for great and healthy food and also the many exotic flavors of Brazil. She describes food and fun as the most important ingredients for a healthy and happy lifestyle.
