The £2.95 admin fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Admin fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.
The admin fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The admin fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.
Children aged 0-4 are free every day but should sit on an adult’s lap in The Kitchen theatre, if a seat is required then please purchase in advance or from the Customer Services Tent on the day. Children aged 5-15 are charged at the child rate (£11.70). Please click here for all ticket prices.
Family tickets are available for up to 2 adults and 3 children.
Under 18s are admitted to the Festival, accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Festival.
Seats in The Kitchen are not included with entry tickets. See celebrity chefs cooking live on stage in free sessions - simply add to your booking at the end of the booking process. If you already have entry tickets and want to add The Kitchen tickets, then click on the link here.
Reserved seating is available for disabled visitors or visitors with special requirements. Visitors should book these theatre seats by calling the Box Office to ensure the best possible seating arrangements. Please call the Box Office and explain you require disabled or special assistance seating and they will be able to ensure this is arranged. The Ticket Factory can be contacted on 0800 640 5001 - lines are open from 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday & 9am to 5pm weekends & Bank Holidays.
Prior to the Festival you are only able to book one seat in The Kitchen, however when arriving at the Festival please ask at the Customer Service Tent about last minute availability.
Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Festival. If you call the Box Office on 0800 640 5001, this can be arranged for you. Unfortunately you are unable to do this online.
If you selected a print at home ticket you should receive these by email straight away. If you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Festival. If you book within 1 week of the Festival, you must select Print at Home tickets.

Available for groups of 15 or more. Please book direct with the Tower or call 020 3166 6000 (from UK).
School groups are not permitted at the Festival, on any day. Please note, if group tickets are purchased for a school they will be turned away on arrival at the Festival.
Yes, tickets are available on the door, but do cost more than advance tickets. To avoid disappointment and to get the best choice of seats in The Kitchen, book in advance – and it’s cheaper! Kitchen seats are subject to availability on the day. Click here to book your festival tickets.
There are no cash machines on site. Some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!

There is no parking at the Tower of London. The nearest coach and car park is situated on Lower Thames Street and is a 2 minute walk to the main entrance.
The car park has both a lift and stairs. Pedestrian walkways are clearly marked and show the direction of exit to the Tower of London and pay machines.
Disabled provision: there are several clearly marked bays.

The closest car and coach park is managed by Apcoa Parking UK Ltd.

Unfortunately wheelchair hire is not available.
The event takes place on the grass in the dry moat at the Tower of London. If you are a wheelchair user, please make yourself known to the stewards on arrival who will bring you through to the Festival through the Middle Tower.

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Festival, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.
We highly advise you purchase your books onsite at the event to ensure they get signed.
Yes they are allowed in the moat for this event, however please note parts of the Tower are not pushchair friendly due to the cobbled ground.
Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Festival, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead!
