Standard sessions are suitable for anyone over the age of 18. Le Petit Cordon Bleu sessions suitable for ages 7-13 but must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults do not require a ticket.
Learn knife skills and techniques, the combination of flavours and seasoning as you make a delicious Tuna Tartare, Gooseberry Purée and Pea Shoots. In this session you will learn the art of pairing wine with Le Cordon Bleu's Master Sommelier and enjoy an introduction to food and wine pairing.
